Included:

• Consulting on the maintenance of old projects, including a limited amount of business analyst work towards estimating the costs and effort involved.
• Ongoing analysis, maintenance, and support of existing custom/legacy software per mutually agreed terms.
• Small-scale development projects addressing identified maintenance support issues, subject to our discretion and availability.
• Our support is generally limited to projects we develop and/or maintain.

Not Included:

• New software development projects are handled by CSE-IT’s Custom Solutions Development sibling-service.
