Included:

• Access to and basic instructions for using CSE-IT-provided home directories as website storage, as well as for Google Sites and Drupal Lite sites.
• Limited request fulfillment services via CSE-IT’s Service Desk and its website triage team.
• Consulting and solutions advice regarding DIY website support and technology questions.
• Basic troubleshooting for CSE-IT hosting/storage services, for its standard web technologies, and for websites CSE-IT’s web team maintains.

Not Included:

• The tools and documentation supporting websites for workgroups are generally provided via our support services for research and instruction.
• The services supporting the construction and maintenance of department websites differentiate between sites that have been integrated into CSE’s collegiate Drupal instance, and standalone sites.
• All support relating to CSE’s collegiate Drupal instance is handled by that service.
• Significant website customization or assistance is available via CSE-IT’s custom solutions development and maintenance services.
