Description: Provides macOS and Microsoft Windows-related desktop support using University-standard software and tools.

Included:

• Operating system deployment.
• Software packaging as necessary and by request.
• Software distribution, patching, routine maintenance, limited inventory and asset management, currently via SCCM/Software Center (Win) or JAMF Pro/Self Service (macOS).

Not Included:

• Does not cover services and support provided by Supplemental Service Desk or Remote and On-Site Support, but does dovetail with them.
