Description: Provides comprehensive management and maintenance of CSE-IT supported instructional lab facilities.

Included:

• Lab reservation requests, in coordination with the CSE-IT Service Desk, for reservable instructional labs.
• Maintenance rounds every two weeks, including microfiber cloth cleaning of displays and keyboards, as well as physical spot checks of lab desktops.
• Semiannual deep cleanings of lab rooms via Facilities Management.
• Renovation management (e.g. painting and carpeting) of lab rooms.
• Audio-visual projector management (e.g. maintenance, replacement) for reservable labs.

Not Included:

• Strategic use of lab facilities (major add/change requests) are handled through the Lab Management service.
