Included:

• OS support across patchable versions of Windows, macOS, andUbuntu.
• Hardware support for University-standard vendors such as Dell, Apple, etc.
• Software support for installing & patching research-related software.
• Full support (e.g. automatic patching of OS and common applications) for managed hosts, per CSE platform-specific policies.
• Assisting instrument vendors and research personnel to install instrument-specific software if necessary.

Not Included:

• University-owned computers without attached instruments, which are supported by other CSE-IT services depending on their context.
