Included:

• Provides initial printer setup, configuration, networking and security.
• Provides support for printers during their lifecycle, such as move/ add/change, firmware updates, and troubleshooting.

Not Included:

• Non-networked desktop printers.
• We provide consumables such as toner and paper to a single department on a legacy-support basis and will not expand this service.
