Included:
- This is a very open-ended service, intended to support outside-the-box needs and requirements. Because of that, it’s difficult to define what we include, because our limits mostly involve seeing if we can meet your needs on your budget.
- We will see if any other service(s) on campus (such as OIT@UMN) can provide the support you need more efficiently and routinely, and if so we’ll involve them.
- We can offer a wide variety of support for class-related activities, such as: a cluster of Linux computers with multiple network interfaces;
- a VR Lab, including hosting checkout services for headsets and peripherals;
- specialized software distribution, licensing, and server hosting;
- and custom class-related database hosting.
Not Included:
- This service is specific to class-related activities; research-related support is provided via a separate service.
