Included:
- Request fulfillment, incident management, and problem resolution for CSE’s Drupal web infrastructure, in conjunction with OIT and Drupal itself.
- Drupal theme development for the overall look-and-feel of CSE Drupal websites, which includes some customization choices for websites that wish to diverge from the standard CSE theme.
- Development and/or acquisition of Drupal widgets to provide web content features that basic Drupal doesn’t provide.
- Site administration tasks such as site initiation and user management. Also, the development and maintenance of request fulfillment and workflow tools to facilitate these tasks.
- Documentation for CSE Drupal, including public and non-public information.
- Migration consultation and assistance for unit non-Drupal extranet (public facing) websites to assist in converting those sites to the CSE Drupal instance.
- Limited business analysis consultation regarding departmental intranet websites, assessing if and how those sites might be converted to Drupal or other University-standard tools (e.g. Google Drive).
- Planned UMN-specific Drupal integration with University-standard tools like the Data Warehouse, Google Calendar, UMN Libraries, etc.
- Planned development and maintenance of content-generation subsystems, such as Events Server, People Aggregator, etc.
Not Included:
- Significant website customization or assistance, including major work on converting/upgrading department intranets, is available via CSE-IT’s custom solutions development and maintenance services.
