Description: Provides storage hosting in CSE-IT data centers to serve CSE-related research.

Included:

• Pre-purchase consulting to cooperatively meet your needs and our needs for effective and supportable storage. (We require this as part of setting up our hosting on your behalf.)
• Purchase, installation, and maintenance of disks in our storage arrays, for at most a five-year service agreement. This includes storage backup options, which are factored into the storage costs.
• Setup and maintenance of Unix/AD access control groups, membership in which is authorized by the purchaser of the disks and/or their delegate(s).

Not Included:

• We don’t use disks that we don’t purchase — all disk space must be purchased through CSE-IT. There’s no “Bring Your Own Disk”.
