Description: Provides conversion and maintenance support to CSE departments who have department-specific email servers.

Included:

• Convert existing legacy/local email servers to UMN-standard Gmail, including transferring account contents (i.e. email) from these servers to Gmail.
• Convert existing legacy/local email lists to UMN-standard email list services.
• Maintain email aliases/forwarding for older department-specific email addresses (e.g. name@dept.umn.edu ↦ InternetID@umn.edu).

Not Included:

• Conversions are one-time and one-way.
• We do not convert address books or private/personal email addresses as part of this service.
• We support new email lists via OIT as a matter of course through other CSE-IT or OIT services. This service specifically handles existing/legacy email lists.
