Included:

• Initial lab printer purchase and setup — including physical, network, and management/security configuration.
• Ongoing support for lab printers during their lifecycle, such as move/ add/change, firmware updates, and troubleshooting.

Not Included:

• Printers anywhere other than those in CSE-IT managed instructional labs, which can be covered by this service.
• Lab printer consumables, which are handled by a separate service.
